Stella on the way home for the first time!

11/23/13- Stella came home today! My roommate,Kalley, and I drove a total of six hours to pick her up in Mount Holly. The family was really sad to see her leave. They told us she was the ringleader and the smartest of the 8 puppies. She rode almost the whole ride home on my shoulder. Definitely won't be tolerated in the long run, but it was still cute! At home, she was a little nervous at first, but she immediately was looking to us for guidance. She's a super good eater and is going to be a horrible beggar! We put the leash on her for the first time last night. She was very confused at first, but she figured it out really quickly. So now she just hops along behind. She's had two accidents in the house so far. She seems quite smart, though. I think she will be potty trained rather quickly. She already knows that going to the bathroom outside means she gets a treat, and we've only had her for 24 hours! She slept better than I expected her to last night. She woke up twice, and went back to sleep pretty easily. I'm so excited about this puppy!!!
