Corgis & Kristen Bell? YES!
I have a 2 year old spayed female corgi. I’ve just brought a 10 week old male corgi home. What’s the best way to have them interact. She doesn’t want anything to do with him and snarls and growls when he gets close.
Hi there Anon,
So, you’ll want to gradually create positive interactions for them and make sure you spend one-on-one time with each. It always takes a few weeks for a new puppy to get used to his or her household, but with an already established dog there’s some additional adjustment.
Patricia McConnell has excellent resources on dog training in general, as well as multi-dog households. Some articles of note:

If you can get someone to help you with their interactions that would be idea but if not you may want to have one of them drag a leash so you can separate them easily. Also making sure your older female still has some quiet time of her own until they are used to each other. Remember to take it slow, be patient, and be consistent.
Congrats on your new pupper!
I took a nap after work and woke up to this and I just....can't believe how lucky I am
Drewbert, 2 years old, Side View Cooper, 3 years old, Side View Believe it or not, corgis LOVE to eat (mine 100% does). And if they are left alone with an unlimited amount of food, most corgis will just eat themselves to death. Those pleading eyes can be hard to resist when they're begging for more
Important corgi matter!
