Wells was glad that he had gotten the time to get to know Cora more, or at least get to know her better again than from what he knew from school. Not that long ago, the two shared the most dorky night of their lives; filled with video games, snacks, and even a animated movie or two. They really had a good time, and it made it that much easier for Wells to shoot Cora a text to see if she wanted to meet up at the Carnival and spend more time together. He was so excited that she had said yes, hoping that it didn’t seem to forward from the first place. He waited outside with free wristbands for them to be able to get in, courtesy of his family donating products to the carnival. “Hey! You’re here,” he said excitedly. “I knew you said yes but, I thought you might have stood me up,” he said playfully, the look on his face showing that he was clearly joking. “Figured we could do something... A little less me kicking your butt,” he stuck his tongue out, following by waving the wristband. “This is to get in, here,” he handed it off.
