Risikoversicherung für Klimaschäden in armen Ländern geplant:
Wenn Stürme oder Überschwemmungen finanziell schwach gestellte Staaten in die Knie zwingen, fehlt es den Menschen am Nötigsten. Oft verlieren sie dadurch ihre gesamte Existenz.
Dann helfen ihnen Geldmittel, ihre Klimaschäden langsam zu beseitigen. Da diese Problematik zukünftig zunimmt, haben beteiligte Staaten die Idee von Klima-Risikoversicherungen in Kattowitz (COP 24) auf den Weg gebracht.
