Yes, I do have a few that I follow that is less story oriented and such:
@the-sims-aesthetic is one of my favorites, because of their emphasis on Sims 1, it’s great to peruse!
@architect-sims is amazing, because they have such amazing Sims 2 buildings they make and I just love the aesthetic hey have, it’s very inspiring!
@simnostalgia is also great, because they find cool original concept art from all the Sims games (I always like to know more about how my favorite games are made, designed, etc.)
@plumbobpost If you’re interested in the story-arc of the whole Sims series, they go in depth about how characters have progressed, how interactions between Sims have evolved over the years, and more! Pretty interesting to see it all summarized in one spot!
@thesims1master IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE at making Sims 4 versions of Sims 1 bodies/heads…they look SO similar it’s amazing. I wish I could have that for Sims 2 or 3! If you ever wanted Sims 1 clothes/aesthetic in your Sims 4, or want Bella Goth to look like how she originally did in Sims 1…LOOK AT THEIR BLOG, they blow my mind!Those 5 (plus me, of course, hehe) are my perfect League of Simblr’s! Hope you like them too!
When I first got TS1 Makin Magic, I was just starting high school and the 2nd Harry Potter film had already been released, and I was SO HAPPY to be able to make my own magic lots, replete with spooky alleys and bizarre shops. I haven’t made one on such a large scale in over a decade (gawd I am feeling really old right now) and a few days ago I decided to try it again. It was so much fun to make, but DAMN even on a strong computer it was still really slow. If I could get all Sims 1 MM stuff converted to Sims 2 and/or 3, I think I’d be happier these days, because back then I was okay with settling with awful roofs all the same color, and not being able to decorate or put doors/windows on diagonal walls...but gosh darn it nowadays that it unacceptable!
