So, I was in the orga team for a big convention in Poland (2,5+ attendees) as a vendor lead. Despite working a lot before the con, a lot of things were wrong (the venue not giving the place to us in time, the moving company bringing wrong vendor tables and problems with the printing plans), that the vendor check-in was a disaster, but then I worked tirelessly to make up for it, to all vendors. It was okay-ish, but I've been sick for two weeks now when I got back home xD RIP me
