How do people function when they know the weekend’s coming up? It’s not even Friday yet and I’m already counting the hours until I pick my kids up and spend the weekend watching crappy movies and eating junk, safe in the knowledge that we don’t have to leave the house at all until Sunday evening.

Fasted cardio before work tonight. I’m getting cut in all the right places.
