Have some experience at a non-profit law firm called SC Legal Services, I had some knowledge on basic contracts and agreements. Whatever I had learned was from assisting the attorneys in the Spartanburg officer with their work. So, when I got assigned to contract management, I assumed that the role would be along the lines of that work, where I could assist where needed. And of course, as is the theme of this journey, I thought wrong. Actually, I have learned so much from everything to force majeure, arbitration, confidentiality, indemnification, etc. Not only have I had to understand these terms, I have been working on drafting actual contract usage of these terms. SC Legal definitely has helped me adjust to such a steep learning curve. We'll see what comes of it.
