Air fried some of my home made and frozen pierogi this week. Not bad. They all kinda exploded a bit, but still good.
Posting them today because apparently cheese pierogi were Dr Cochrane's favourite food (it was in Voyager).

Shanghai-style braised pork belly and garlic green beans
Was given garlic scapes from a family member (from their garlic crop). Was a bit of a struggle to figure out how to use them, their suggestion was pesto, but I actually...do not like pesto. At all. I want to! Just...don't like it.
Searching online the next idea I found was a nice mixed veggie grill. Sounded great and easy! So went with marinated grilled veggies with a quesadilla.
Though now that I think about it, maybe I could have used it in a chimichurri with some steak...
Garlic ginger udon noodles (not picture the sesame seeds I forgot to throw on top)
Frozen pineapple chunks (as ice), tepache, and sparkling wine!

Mayak eggs
Behold, my below grade average at peeling hard boiled eggs!
Took a stab at making these, I did not turn them overnight as you can tell from photos of some of them. And...24 hours soaking it a bit strong. At least...too much salt even though I made this with a low sodium soy sauce.
Hard to tell when on the ramen that they were those eggs.
Another take on those delicious garlicky msg (and salt) green beans, This time threw some toasted sesame seeds on top of it. Maybe...I should add red pepper flakes?
Salmon was just simple olive oil, salt, and pepper, with lemon to finish it.
Tried hot pot for the first time. A seafood base on the left side, pork base on the right (not pictured, any of the sauces I made/used).
