he made the channel like a week ago and it looks like he’s literally just pirating videos from tumblr. i think i even recognize some other videos from some mutuals on his channel too but i didn’t watch yet, just saw the thumbnails!

Broski stole many of my self insert stuff too. Which I am EXTREMELY uncomfortable with being stolen and reposted because it is extremely personal. They even had the AUDACITY TO EDIT ONE OF THEM. THEY EDITED A DRAWING OF ME. ME.

To my knowledge, no. I think people can send the requests on behalf of someone if the owner of the content has given permission, but once a request is in, I think you have to just let it cook.

The website has a distinct lack of contact information or designation of ownership, which I imagine is intentional. Otherwise, I'd recommend sending general complaints in about the stolen content. They clearly know what they've done given the scale of it. I'd have to do some more digging about it to see if they had any social media presence that we could all apply pressure to.

The only thing I have found so far is this, but I don't know for 100% that it's the same company.

Hey so, someone on Ao3 brought it to my attention that this person on Wattpad is uploading other people’s works without permission and without credits. They reuploaded one of mine, I’m not entirely sure what to do about this as I have no legal claim seeing as how it’s fanfiction but if y’all could just, I dunno, spread the word it’d be greatly appreciated.

I don’t mind people reuploading my works to sites I’m not on, I do however have a problem with people parading my work as their own especially without my knowledge as I like to be able to read the comments.

Seriously guys just ask, most creators are pretty chill.

theres this guy on yt called "DrDonut Reacts" and literally all he does in 99% of his videos is just sit there at the top of the screen and says/does nothing. the best I've seen him do is say "WHAT???" which was overdramatic considering the video he was "reacting" to. in his latest video (as of 5th of april '26) he reacted to an ai video which is the laziest shit I think any reactor could ever do.

REAL TIME UPDATE YALL IT GETS WORSE. I was writing this post and I looked at his shorts scrolling down...and its the same clothes for 29 SHORTS STRAIGHT. he's wearing the exact same outfit for 29 videos straight so I assume he films himself "reacting" (sitting there not doing jack or shit) and sectioning it into clips so he can spread it out onto different videos. this man has 260 THOUSAND subscribers. I took a look at his longform vids, and he speaks a bit more but its still a bunch of nothing. not enough to be considered "transformative" in my opinion.

I block all self promoters.

It's not hard to post your own things on tumblr. Editing and research are easy skills for anyone to learn.

I take my time out of my day to find, share and edit things to share with my following of people that I've built since 2013.

No shortcuts.

Each and every self promoter to me gives me the same vibe as plagiarism.

It's not hard work, but it is work all the same. Again editing and research.

I've noticed wild amounts of plagiarism on this site with all the newer younger users, not properly crediting their sources IF they credit them at all.

I've seen "old web" core blogs CONSTANTLY stealing from older deactivated OR WORSE JUST INACTIVE blogs and reposting them as their own.

That's not yours. You didn't do the work. You don't deserve the praise and attention. Someone already posted that 10 years ago and you'd rather pretend your cooler than you are. That's how it reads.

Just like any other content thief, they are just as bogus and dishonest as the next money mongering hacker...

In this case, the group that "...will never attempt to change device configurations" attempted to do just that by trying to post to an mcp directory on my DLCC website.

Oh, the lengths the greedy and dishonest will go to. But, in this case, it was all for nothing. The only thing this dishonest "group" -- and any other -- will ever find on my DLCC website is a marker page with a link to this Tumbler account. I took down all my DLCC website content last Halloween... 😁👊

The moral of this story is this: The harder you try to deceive, the more transparent your deception becomes... 😉

Oh, and one more thing. Your TRON program needs an update. It failed to overcome the mcp... 😆

Let me just tell you I know @loveshotzz irl and she gets served up more than her share of shit from this world but she keeps going with grace and ntegrity. Then in her spare time she writes. She writes for us. She agonizes over every word in every scene because she wants to bring you something special. Something that might take your mind off your own struggles in this hellscape.

The crazy thing is that's so fucking blatant. Can you imagine what kind of shit a person like this must try to pull in real life?

Please turn off your outside lights and pull in your welcome mats. Circle the wagons. Turn your back and don't interact. Shut people that steal content out of the fandom. Don't let them find community or a home here.
