The second drawing is something generally fun, scooter and skeeter are practically identical with the only real difference being glasses types so does that mean that scooter has a feminine face for a muppet or does skeeter have a masculine one? Propaganda : Dark type is called the Evil type in Japanese, which would be fitting to give one of the few antagonistic Muppets. OP also thought Seismitoad was kind of creepy-looking, especially since Ghetsis is known for having one.
