The fact that Tumblr made me slow down finally, going through every post, reading slowly, not rushing anything. And actually relaxing.
I used to be the person who skims through the caption if it's too big, I got my reading attention span back ig !!
I am already loving Tumblr
What I did today:
β’ Worked: 5:35 hours
β’ Stretched
β’ a lil Korean
β’ journal & organised papers
β’ texted 1 person
Lessons for the day:
1) Need to stretch out daily after work, my neck hurts
2) Remembered to not be anxious and took breaks, didn't enjoy it but was in the flow state
3) if Nap at morning = don't need it after lunch
4) Journaled & declutter - everything is organized now, have separate space for ideas, mind dump, systems, tips, goals, reflections/ progress
5) Need to fix posture while working
6) 20m/5m break; after 2h - do Korean or chores, get refreshed then again 2h work session
7) The whole day worked and watched random (but fun relaxing) reels nothing was learned, didn't do any hobby, or didn't watch/ explored cool stuff
Took breaka at 8pm
Slept at 10:30/11 pm
