Check out this artificial reef deployed by our scuba volunteers 👀 . With a cement base & reused materials, like glass bottles, this artificial reef was designed to provide a surface where sea organisms can grow. Coral fragments are placed on the structure to develop into food and a home for fish, thus supporting the dwindling ecology. . We’re stoked on the reef conservation we’ve made progress on in Nicaragua.
