The kids, what's for dinner. Did we actually put that load of laundry in the dryer? As much as possible, focus on ONE item at a time. This includes focusing on work during work hours and focusing on home life in your off time. _ Perfection doesn't exist, so it's useless to try to achieve it. Have reasonable goals that you work towards and you can have a type of perfection.
