     So this morning, when I woke up, I opened my laptop and then when i opened my twitter account, the first thing I saw is the #PrayForNewtown Trending Topic. That's when I found out about the School Mass killing in Connecticut. I was devastated about it. I don't know what to say. I felt very terrified for the victims and their family. I cannot believe that the victims are mostly children.

     Those little children are innocents. Even the other seven adults. Their beautiful lives got wasted. exiled. taken away. torn. 

    Maybe if this tragedy did not happened, one of the children can be the next president of the USA. the next Pop star. the next Olympic champion. the next movie star. the next Albert Einstein. the next mother Theresa. the one who can change this world. But it happened.

     We can't undo what happened. We can't go back in time. All we can do is to pray for their souls and their suffering family. Also, we should lend a prayer to the suspect and his family. We don't know what's in his mind while he's in the elementary school. We should take every side of the story.

     It has been said that the suspect has a mental disorder. I think it's not an excused. But we should help all those people who are alike. We should raise awareness about mental disorders. We should help those who are affected or I should say, a victim of this very disease. 

     I still can't believe that those babies died before the most wonderful time of the year. It's a mere fact that even in the most beautiful part, there is a grief that's going to happen. 

     It's a lesson that life is so short. It is a metaphor to what happened. We shouldn't take life for granted. But also, we should take it to the fullest. It is hard to balance both things, but that's what life is. It's about knowing your limitations and knowing to test them.

     This coming dawn, the Misa De Gallo here in the Philippines is going to start. I want to dedicate this one to the victims and their families.
