"Nasa Pagbasa ang Pag-asa." I can say that this is a very timely and relevant theme for the celebration of Reading Month. Children are given an infinity of hopes and opportunities when they are taught not only the skill but also the essence and love of reading. I am glad and grateful for having witnessed the budding talents and developing skills of the pupils from the different elementary schools of Coron Inland District. I may have served as your critic yesterday but there are more learning and hopes that I got from participating in your program.
