Confrontation | Bōsōzoku!AU

Ever since that whole Imaizumi incident, a good week or maybe two had passed. During that time, Yuuto made sure to avoid Naruko’s presence at all cost. He even went as far as to tell Doubashi and Ashikiba to lie about him not being at the base if the man were to drop by, asking for him... and whenever he had seen the man down the street, he’d simply walk the opposite direction. It sucked, really. The countless nights he lied in bed sobbing like a child about this whole ordeal.
This was not fair. It really wasn’t.
The past was supposed to remain in the past, and even if he enjoyed a few girly things still, so what?! Nobody had written a code where it said that all Bousouzokus had to be the manliest pieces of shit. And even so... Imaizumi surely would not fit that description, going around sending mass messages about his lolita pictures to everyone involved in the community. That was not what a man did, that clearly was the act of a coward.
Though, as he was on the streets, minding his own business, he was texting Ashikiba in order to keep up with the man’s work (though he did not reply, thus he presumed that he had forgotten to charge the battery again!) -- though, while he was so busy looking at his phone, he missed a chance to notice a man approaching him, wrapping an arm around his shoulder; shock was written all over Shinkai’s face and he was ready to pull a knife, though once he turned to look, it was no other than the red-bean Naruko.
Yuuto was... actually speechless. All the effort of avoiding that man at all cost had been in vain now -- all because of one moment where he was not paying full attention. It must’ve been a funny sight to the redhead, really ---- his lips seemed like glued together, and he wasn’t sure how to react to this kind of confrontation. Was Naruko going to make fun of him? Was he going to point out that he had been avoiding him? Was he going to drop the a-bomb on him with questions over questions about the messages Imaizumi had sent him? He simply was not mentally prepared for this...
