as soon as the movie ended- it had been yara’s turn to pick- noelle smiled softly at her girlfriend, tugging her into her lap,“hi.” she murmured, brushing a lock of hair away from her girlfriend’s face, “if you don’t let me kiss you right now i might die.” it felt like it had been forever since she had gotten to see the other woman in person and she didn’t plan on wasting even a second. time with yara was too precious- yara was too precious. 

        a quick little trip on her skateboard to the 7/11 just off campus is exactly what she needs –- a bag of gummy bears or ten might help her eat the feelings she has bubbling up inside of her. with two bags of treats tucked inside her hoodie pocket, she heads back toward the dorms, enjoying the crisp wind against her cheeks. she’s so lost in thought, used to the motion of pushing forward without really thinking, that she doesn’t notice maitê on her phone, crossing the little intersection of the path she’s on. at the last second alex finally tunes in, bailing off her skateboard in a way that has her nearly tumbling to the floor. the board, however, doesn’t lose momentum, and continues on its path towards maitê’s ankles. @conflaticns​
