Back in the day, if Japanese fans bought the all six of the first batch of Ranma ½ OVAs, they received a bonus: the Furinkan High School Student Handbook.
We got our hands on a copy in excellent condition, and set about scanning it for archival purposes—because this is exactly the kind of official content that can easily disappear as a fandom ages. Especially one divided across the globe. Far too much of the 80s and 90s Ranma fandom content is lost to us now.
Please feel free to download, copy, and redistribute these with credit to the Qeșeþ System (or 'Keshet System' if you're not feeling up to copy-pasting those nonstandard characters).
Unfortunately, I'm not really up to doing alt text on all of these, in large part because I speak and read less Japanese than would help me find the nearest restroom. If anyone is up to going through and translating all of this, I'd be overjoyed!
Additional notes:
Pages 24-47 are a monthly calendar. I did not take the time to scan every entry as the only notable details appeared to be a few holidays being marked, but I can see about scanning those at a later time if someone wants to translate the whole thing.
Following that are over fifty blank pages, presumably for general note-taking.
Check out the wild difference between Genma, Sōun, and Hinako's handwriting on that last page! Looks like someone started to circle 'female' for Ranma before correcting, too? And we've got hanko stamp impressions from Genma and Sōun.
Rumiko is listed as the chairperson for Furinkan High School. I'll leave it up to you if you think this is her canon role in the anime ;)

I may have thought about them too hard a few nights ago
here's an old picture I never ended up finishing the way I wanted. I like to think they're watching spongebob on the TV
why don't we keep it coming back, and coming back, and coming back?
