Screentones and Computones
For your art-making pleasure, I have uploaded the Computones plug-in to my OneDrive. It’s a pretty old program, but if you want to use Photoshop, it works well. This is an ISO file, so it needs to be mounted or opened by a program like 7zip.

Please note that it only works with old versions of Photoshop (CS2 and older), and doesn’t seem to work with CS4 and newer. I haven’t tried it with CS3, so I have no idea if it’ll work.
