He isn't in the social frame much because of his hobbies, but when he is he makes himself known. The story behind this one is that I found this guy on the packaging for one of these toy balls-turned-frisbees and thought he would make a good Sim. Called him Steve because at first I thought he looked a bit like Steve from Trollhunters.
