I personally like my cabinet which is visually aesthetic because its a big thing kept in front so it must have a good look and feel in itself.

Size: There are three types of cabinet ,if you want the biggest in size to accommodate bigger PC components like 300mm of liquid cooling system, multiple 5.25-inch bays with 3-4 ways graphics card then go for it . Next comes , Mid Tower cabinet which is most common as its affordable and provide decent room for the ATX motherboard, GPU,PSU,5.25 inch bay for optical drives, 2.5 inch for SSD ,HDD, fans and more so Mid tower case is always best choice . The third one, Mini Atx,which is so smaller that you cant fit SMPS and can’t fit many expansion slots or Liquid cooling components. The main purpose to buy a Mini Atx cabinet is to make it portable but if you really want a portable PC then buy a laptop .There is no reason to compromise just for size.

Any cabinet must have 2 SSD and 2 HDD minimum because everyone wants SSD for their OS and you may not want to buy an additional hard disk now for back up but later you will regret for this and 3-4 expansion slots so you can use those for Sound card , graphics card and Ethernet card .

Some cabinet comes with Steel or tin or plastic .Take whichever you want but check before if its durable enough .
