How much of personal office consumption in your company monthly?
We have 20 persons in our sales office, and there are 3 Brother label printers, 1 HP fax, 5 telephones, and 20 DELL computers. In our financial report in 2014, our sales team has the lowest cost personally, RMB 56.00. So it is about RMB4.7 for each person monthly. It is not because our boss is stingy, but just because he is smart. We have a very great budget control system from 2 years ago, and most important key in this system is “REPLACEMENT”.
