Doesn't anyone communicate verbally anymore? There are such things as telephones. You know this, right? What if the last thing you ever said to someone before they suddenly died was 😉? Has anyone thought about this lately?
Texting email and even Facebook has gotten us so lazy. We don't talk or even see our loved ones. We don't outright say.. "I love you." anymore. I want everyone to know this in case there comes a day I actually do fall down the stairs and don't make it. Though I joke I always will. I may walk across the street and get hit by a car because some asshole is texting. Who knows. I may have a seizure fall and hit my head and die. God only knows.
I am tired of the texting and emoji shit. If you are gonna say something, say it to everyone.
And don't take this as me demanding you to do it. I'm just simply asking everyone to contemplate that 40 years ago when I was 10, we didn't have cell phones, computers (home), video chat, e-mail, voice mail or Hell even answering machines. If some people did... it was barely. They weren't cheap.
I still remember my best friend from childhoods phone number.
I still call, go see my family and even use snail mail sending pictures telling them I love them. I want them to have something to say.. this is the last thing we talked about. Not 🤗
And before you ask. Yes I am having a bad day.
