Nehru, Constitution, Secularism & Hindu code bill

RSS opposed the Hindu Code Bill while this very bill is the reason the Hindu society has progressed. RSS is also against secularism because of which India has progressed as a whole.
Civic laws have enabled women to get property rights, women’s right to divorce, apart from ending caste based religious practices like preventing many communities from entering temples (this is still a work in progress). Several practices still exists in many undeveloped pockets of India. These would have been more prevalent had we not adopted secularism.
RSS persuaded Prabhu Dutt Brahmachari of the Ram Rajya Parishad to contest against Nehru on the platform on cow protection and against the Hindu code bill. Thus proving that if that RSS was in control of India for past 60 years we would have been way worse than we are today.
So it is funny to hear RSS and these newly minted “nationalists” say that their inability to have their own personal laws like Muslims is somehow a disadvantage to them.
