One thing about me is that I will world-build in the background! I remember after writing this being in rehearsal and writing down ideas for the other people in this universe

But yeah, the drabble came first! I like writing one thing and then expanding on it in my mind during and after that... the expanded world may never see the light of day, but it lives on in my heart!!

first things first, soonyoung is an idiot. like i love him BUT SERIOUSLY MAN 😭 however i do love the fact that he is an idiot because he’s a loveable one.

but yeah from the very start i was cringing internally like BRO OH MY GODD 💀 he made it so hard for himself but hey, the story wouldn’t exist if he didn’t. i think that obviously, what he did was play with reader’s feelings and that was sooo wrong of him but you know what? i understand. his character, and in turn his actions, made sense which is awesome!! everyone in here felt like real people.

the tiger plush ☹️ the entire dance practice scene made my heart warm for it to just break once he kissed sehee at the recital UGHH (which is a good thing; i doubt that he would’ve told reader anyway with his procrastinating ass 😒)

i mentioned this in my reblog (and i hope i’m right haha) but the way that when he was asked what he liked about reader, he said their laugh because he wants to see them laugh again or something similar while thinking of sehee and then while he was in denial still (GOD IT TOOK JIHOON TACKLING HIM TO REALIZE LATER), he said that he wanted to see reader smile/laugh again and my reaction was oh my god he’s so oblivious ☹️ there was a full circle moment kinda.

speaking of jihoon, i’m so glad that he tackled soonyoung LMFAOO IT WAS SO FUNNY IM SORRY jihoon best friend ‼️

also, the fact that reader didn’t forgive soonyoung right away was so right i think cause that’s what someone in real life would do! again, (and this isn’t just for this fic) but your characters are very realistic!! it’s very nice to read, for the lack of a better word.

by the way, this is totally in my top 3 fics of all time, it was just that good. like, i had to do other things in the middle of reading but i could not put my phone down. also HAPPY ENDING (by seventeen) LETS GOOOO (i have trust issues from wrecked if it isn’t obvious)

all in all, this was a 10/10 (pun intended) fic i loved it so much i am a bluff and nonsense lover for life 🫶
