I was under the impression that Sarah as Black Canary was to bring in Dinah as THE Black Canary. I read a quote from the writers saying something along those lines, so I don't have an issue with her so much. As for the League of Assassins, we still don't know the extent to which Ollie was trained yet while he was on the island, so again, I don't have so much of an issue, just some thoughts. Not to say it's perfect, but I don't think it's as bad as you're painting it.
Wen it comes to your opinions on the New 52, I agree with 99% of what you say except for Batman (that one specific title), Green Lantern, and New Guardians. Even Batman has lost a bit of its appeal since Court of Owls ended though. Anyway, I'm right there with you though. DC is fucking their name up bad.
I haven't really said much about Batman, I guess thinking Oracle should exist, Stephanie Brown should be around and Joker was much more scary pre-New 52. There was a picture I reblogged where Joker was basically like "Why would I possibly kill you? I only kill if it's funny, I don't kill randomly." basically not a word-for-word quote though. That's the Joker I like, and sure "things change" but when 80% of your fanbase is complaining, something is wrong.

Absolutely agreed. I'm not arguing Bats would win, because I really don't see it happening either (at least not in the first round and without a ridiculous amount of prep; i.e. Batman vs Bane in Knightfall compared to Batman vs Bane in Legacy). As for Batman and Captain America, it was kind of a fluke anyway. Cap throws his shield, Bats dodges and the shield takes out Cap on the rebound. So as far as that goes, who knows.
I think sometimes the DC/Marvel crossover fights are really far fetched. I think there should be a meeting where we all agree to ignore a bunch of them. Personal opinion because a lot of stupid shit happens in those. Some of it makes sense though,.

You're dead on except for the part where Bats has already semi-canonically beat Cap. It's a moot point either way, but I think Bats vs Black Panther would be a closer fight than you're admitting.
First, thanks for showing some decency and not just running in screaming "You're wrong!" Second, I just remember Batman saying Cap would beat him, and that's been ages ago. It could be an epic fight, but I don't really think it'd be that close. I love Batman, anyone who has hit follow should know this. But it may not be overkill, and Batman could block, and hit, kick etc. But I see pretty much every out come where Black Panther wins. It is an opinion after all. But I could be overlooking something. That's not hard to do.
