Look guys. My parents are "supportive", as in they tolerate lgbtqia+ as long as it isn't close to them, and so they can make fun of it.
This is NOT HATE BTW. I LOVE MY PARENTS.
I'm just saying they aren't super supportive, which has led me to kinda.... hide stuff and allat.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN THIS HAS TO BE YOU.

The first step is to talk to more lgbtqia+ people. Remember guys: THEY ARE PEOPLE TOO. IT IS NOT HARD TO TALK TO LESBIANS OR GAY PEOPLE. (unless they make it their entire personality but that is completely different).
THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY ARE ALL PEOPLE TOO. IT DOESNT MATTER WHO THEYRE ATTRACTED TO OR WHAT THEY IDENTIFY AS, THEY ARE ALL PEOPLE.
if they feel uncomfortable give them time!! but try approaching them with like card games or board game or hell even start just fucking yapping. but if you're nervous to talk to ANYONE (IT DOESNR EVEN HAVE TO BE FUCKING LGBTQIA+ ANYMORE BRO) THEN TRY APPROACHING WITH SOMETHING COOL
IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU THAT IS OK.
