Who else loves stationery as much as I do? I can literally stand in a stationery aisle of the grocery store for an hour and when I walk into a stationery specialty store, you will need to drag me out because I will not leave.

There is something about beautiful stationery that makes me feel all giddy inside. It makes me want to write down my thoughts, ideas, notes and lots and lots of doodles.

ColourHide has such beautiful stationery and I have a stack of them that are waiting to be scribbled on with my hopes and dreams. What I love about the journal notebooks is that they have a pocket! You no longer have to fold a page over and glue it to create your own pocket.

The range of colours, the thick pages, the high quality is what I love about ColourHide. I absolutely love how they come in so many different shapes, colours and sizes. Gone are the days when you cut out your celebrity crushes from magazines to stick them on your cover, the hard covers they stock don't need to be covered.

I used to think that glitter and metallics were a bit too much but when matched with gold and whites, it's so beautiful and what's best is that it stands out so you no longer need to add a label to remind you what book it's for. I wish they had these when I was still in High School.

If you're wondering, the pinwheel does work. A light blow and it spins really fast! My cat l loves it and after a hard day's work, it helps me relax with the deep breaths it requires. 

I must admit, I have a problem.

I love new stationery and get scared of using it because you can only rip out so many pages when you made mistakes and "ugly-fy" the beautiful notebook. I do wish I worked harder on how my handwriting would turn out when learning to write. I do have plans on practicing calligraphy but I have no idea when to start and have considered taking classes.

Isn't it the most adorable pen? It's a feather pen and another item that my cat loves. Just a few of my favourite things in one photo; beautiful stationery, arm candy, rings, boyfriend watch, tea and candles.

Now, time to write my ideas into my new notebooks and journals and start doodling in my sketchbooks. My head has been filled with so many thoughts which is all busting to come out.
