#Ymir & #FrostGiant, two Colossal #HeroClix from #TheMightyThor super-boosters that share a sculpt, in honor of getting our first snow here on the east coast of the US. Honestly would have expected the generic to have the club and the named version to have the sword, but I do really dig how the generic army-builder Giant is translucent while Ymir is opaque (also, the generic has a better #colossalretaliation power, in my humble opinion). Tonight's #HeroClix Team: 395pt Cosmic themed team for a "Generic Theme Only" event. #AmericaChavez (Marvel's #MissAmerica) ably led the squad; her combo with the #MistressDeath super-rare from #DeadpoolandXForce worked as well as hoped. #Michelangelo's free-Smoke-Cloud-that-grants-Sidestep was as essential as it is every time I use that character— really, he's ridiculously good— and #Solaris' #ColossalRetaliation power really helped against a squad of Ultron drones. #PowerRing of the #CrimeSyndicate and the new #Groot (#BabyGroot from the #guardiansofthegalaxyvol2 gravity feed set) were great support, but I'd feel okay leaving them off if I wanted to play this force in a 300pt match.
