I do a lot of color studies and journaling for acrylics and ink. They have a tendency of having a different hue when dried. Some of my color journals are grid systems between color combos. I’ve found some really beautiful tones by just playing around and mixing stuff.😁 Recently Ive gotten more involved with understand how value and chroma can change the overall mood of a piece. Also how many colors come out if the varying degrees of it! 😀 Anyway, I find that these mediums (that I adore 🥰 heartily) still push me and surprise me.
