CMAT in Nepal by TU

The Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a mandatory process for TU-affiliated colleges to secure entrance to Tribhuvan University in the following subjects.
Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA),
Bachelor of Business Management (BBM),
Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM),
Bachelor of Information Management (BIM),
Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA),
Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies (BMS),
Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM), etc.
The candidate applying for BBA, BIM, BBM, BHM, BTTM, and many more will be eligible for CMAT when he or she has fulfilled the following criteria:
1.8 CGPA (Overall) or second division marks in 10+2.
minimum of ‘C’ Grade in all the subjects of 11 and 12
He/She should have completed Plus two degree or equivalent from any university Board or Institution recognized by TU
He/She should have secured at least 45% marks in the above-mentioned degree
In the Preliminary Test Exam, he/she should have appeared
The CMAT exam scores the candidates based on their knowledge/aptitude in verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness. The test is based on the Standardized test (SAT) format.
CMAT is a three-hour test that is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like :

There are a total of 100 objective questions in the CMAT consisting of 25 questions per segment with a total weight of 100 marks.
