Walking Through Wayne State
The snow melted!
It's a cold Friday in Detroit, so I decided to walk up to the DIA to spend a warm afternoon at the museum. I always love passing through Wayne State to admire the architecture, art, and happenings on campus.

Manhattan's Hogwarts Located in Hamilton Heights overlooking Harlem in Manhattan, City College's 35-acre Collegiate Gothic campus âIt is an astonishing example of Gothic Architecture!! Breathtaking details everywhere.â Although the buildings are tough to love, the hundreds of grotesques (and what appear to be a few gargoyles, figures that spout water) are hilarious. I have the best job ever!
As I mentioned before, Iâm working in Admissions giving tours this summer as well as working with College Relations doing social media work (such as writing this blog!) for most of the summer! I LOVE giving toursââtelling prospective students and their families about why I love Smith and all of the amazing opportunities and resources here is so rewarding. Â Another great part of my job is taking pictures of fun places on campus. My coworker Minji is running the Smith College Instagram this summer (follow @smithcollege!! ), so when weâre not giving tours we go hang out and take pictures in amazing spots on campus. Â Here are some of the places we visited in the past week:Â
