We love our #collaborationmeals with our #marketfamily. . We slow smoked bone in pork chops from @alpinebutcher coated in our #JalapenoHoneyJam, set aside mashed red russet potatoes mixed with green onions all from @arrowheadfarmsinc and Finback cows cheese sourced locally (CT) from @millcitycheesemongers. For the last night of summer our sunny dinner couldn’t be without sweet corn (a #sweetJames favorite!) from @arrowheadfarmsinc and a fresh summer salad from @millcitygrows with some of the cherry tomatoes we grew ourselves this year and a crumble of more of the Finback and a healthy dose of beet micro greens from @neighborsacre for their superpower boost and that beautiful hue. We love all the delights @ajkingbakery has brought to the @farmlowell community at @millno5, and grabbed the last treat we’ve been eyeing for a few weeks now (they always sell out fast!) to round out our final summer smorgasbord with the perfect touch of sesame and sunflower seeds. .
