Eggs having pimples like spot on shell which spoil them earlier. It is very fragile product. The ceiling, walls and floor of the room should be wash with hot water and detergent or with odour free detergent, so that odour or the flavour of any other vegetable or fruit may not impact the eggs. Eggs should be placed apart from vegetables and fruits so that they don’t affect eggs.

Eggs should be stored in temperature between 10 degree Celsius to 13 degree Celsius and in the tray weighting around 1500 gm to 1600gm in the cold store . The humidity of the room should around 70% to 80% in which eggs are stored.

The temperature and humidity  should be maintained at least 1 day or some days before placing the eggs in the cold store . Eggs should be stored in 1-3 days after laying.
