Her pregnancy was hard because he rich twolegs didn't actually notice she was pregnant and to be fair neither did she. So she knocked around her litter. When she gave birth the kids sported deformities, including Coinheart who had two heads. Whistle was disgusted and killed two of them but wasn't successful with Coinheart. Coinheart does meet her again when he's an apprentice. Those scars on her face? Those are from Brokensong beating the absolute piss out of this bitch.
