Instructions: Fill the Bialetti Pink Mokona Coffee Machine's water tank with cold water up to the safety valve. Fill the filter basket with 1/4 cup of freshly ground coffee beans, leveling it off without pressing it down. Assemble the coffee machine and place it on the stovetop over medium-low heat. Wait for the coffee to percolate, which usually takes 5-7 minutes. Once the coffee starts bubbling into the upper chamber, reduce the heat to low to prevent burning. While the coffee is brewing, you can warm and froth milk if desired. When the upper chamber is filled with coffee and the bubbling sound diminishes, your espresso is ready. Pour the espresso into a cup, add sugar and milk to taste if desired. Stir well and enjoy your Pink Mokona Espresso!
