- my bestfriend telling me how huge my tight fitting crop top was (it was tight on me, that one really hurt)
-being the fattest, always and everywhere
-one day being able to wear crop tops confidentely
-just the whole process of losing bodyfat is really rewarding
-clothes fitting more losely every day
-my face slimming down, skin clearing up
-GETTING RID OF MY FAT SELF CLOTHES!!!
-getting told that i‘m huge like a mammoth 😍😭

Bruh i wrote life is good yesterday and then something really really awful happened. Didn’t sleep well bc of it and today was pretty difficult mentally bc my head was w this problem…
Reached ketosis!! Yay finally. Have a sweet taste in my mouth and the testing strips are saying that i‘m living off of ketones lmao. Anyways, still did today.
And i must say it gave me so much comfort knowing that i have under control what i eat/how much i move during times where shit hits the fan.

Feeling very good (knocked on wood 3x), i kept myself busy today w uni + being at the pool w friends. The day basically flew by super fast and i wasn’t even really hungry. Currently making sure to have my electrolytes AND additional salt bc i sweat so much and it already made a huuuge difference. Seriously, it changes everything for me. Already feeling much better which actually shouldn’t be a surprise.
Met up w a friend earlier in the day which robbed my soul, it wasn’t good at all but i can’t really say no to her. On the flipside i can’t waste my limited time on this earth for people who rob me of my spiritual energy
Thought that I might’ve been in slight ketosis already bc i had a energy dip at around 2pm, then i felt amazing after swimming and walking. That’s why i thought ketosis might have been induced but the testing showed NONE.
Whatever, ending the day with sparkling water, and a bunch of new freckles on my face. Life is good.
