Today is just one of those days, when I really want to like, shout about an author I think more folx should read, and that I KNOW people would love their fic if they haven't already fallen in love with them.

Idle Worship I think this is like, truly, no exaggeration, one of the best hockey fics out there. If this doesn't capture the sort of destiny and futility and hope and commitment of sports in general and hockey in specific, I don't know what does. But also, like, on a bad day? This fic helps SO MUCH. SO MUCH. Also, bonus Connor McDavid suffering?
