Typical. The first day I decide to go without coffee is the first day I couldn't sleep in forever. Actually pulled an all-nighter. Zero minutes of sleep. But I survived without coffee! Had a green smoothie in the morning instead and it kind of woke me up more! I felt so healthy - 1 banana, skim milk, small Apple, carrots, kale, spinach, chia seeds, super greens powder, plant-based protein powder, and strawberries. It was actually delicious!
