Everyone enjoys these traditional glazed donuts as a sweet treat. These are great as an opulent snack with a cup of coffee or for breakfast.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup whole milk. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together to form a dough. Avoid over-mixing. Using a donut cutter, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch on a floured surface. In a deep fryer or big pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Fry the donuts carefully for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Take out and let dry on paper towels. To make the glaze, blend 1/4 cup milk and 2 cups powdered sugar until smooth. After dipping each donut into the glaze and letting the excess fall off, place them on a wire rack to harden. Present and savor!

These tasty donuts made from banana bread are a fun change from regular banana bread. They taste great and are moist. The browned butter caramel glaze on top really takes them to the next level. It's great for breakfast or as a sweet treat with coffee.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. For the Glaze:. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. While the donuts are baking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Add the brown sugar, heavy cream, and salt to the browned butter. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Whisk in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the glaze is smooth and well combined. Once the donuts are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Dip each cooled donut into the browned butter caramel glaze, allowing any excess glaze to drip off. Place them back on the wire rack to set. Serve the Banana Bread Donuts with Browned Butter Caramel Glaze and enjoy!

Savor the mouthwatering taste of baked chocolate glazed donuts. You can satisfy your sweet tooth with these fluffy, chocolatey treats without feeling guilty about frying them. Savor them as a sweet snack or with a steaming cup of coffee at any time!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 large egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. For the chocolate glaze:. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 2 tablespoons corn syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Grease a donut pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat the egg, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. About two thirds of the way up, fill each donut cavity in the pan with batter. When a toothpick is inserted into a donut, it should come out clean after baking for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven and allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then move to a wire rack to finish cooling. To make the chocolate glaze, place chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a bowl that is safe to microwave for 20 seconds at a time. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Add vanilla extract and stir. Allow any excess chocolate glaze to fall off as you dip each cooled donut into it. To allow the glaze to solidify, return the glazed donuts to the wire rack. Enjoy your baked chocolate glazed donuts after they're served!
