Things I've Done to be a Better Baby Recently
1. Training myself to need my teddy and paci to go to sleep
2. Referring to my yoga sessions as "tummy time"
3. Working on altering my diet to make wearing diapers more regularly less of a struggle
4. Accepting that being an abdl is a core part of my personality and I wouldn't really want it to be any other way
5. Taking care of myself like I'd want a caregiver too
6. Working on my boundaries and communication skills to be a better partner/friend
7. Working hard to design a life for myself that would allow me to indulge in my kinks more often and more authentically.
8. Filling a diaper or my pants at least once a week but ideally more than that
9. Getting my finances in order so I can afford to possibly try 24/7 or at least more regular diaper wearing
10. Changing my goals for sex and intimacy to fit my ACTUAL wants and desires instead of traditional experiences.
