I got an extremely Scandinavian vibe from her, but for her actual outfit I took inspiration from Soviet greatcoats, the mother of all drip. I wanted her to appear like a politician with strong ties to the military.
*Last one? Probably. There are a couple other characters I was considering drawing, but they weren't as big of a deal in our run, so they're low priority. Most likely I'm moving on to other art projects (and posting other parts of my backlog).

It's such a shame that Hoyo doesn't utilize more leitmotifs. Imagine if they gave Cocolia a leitmotif when we first meet her in Belobog, and every time she's on screen, it plays. Then imagine the leitmotif returns, warped by the stellaron. When she sacrifices herself, it shifts to something...nobler.
Then, when Bronya is alone, or when she meets that Fragmentum ghost of her mother, the leitmotif plays
It's such a missed opportunity for emotional connection with the audience, especially for characters like Cocolia, who don't get much screen time. I'm not saying that a consistent leitmotif would solve Belobog's story issues, but music has a way of revealing a character's inner self.
