#cobra bubbles

Seriously, the only time in the movie Stitch attacks anyone entirely unprovoked. The level of restraint Cobra Bubbles had to show after that must have been insane. Also, "thus far you have been adrift in the sheltered harbor of my patience" is the single most unhinged Disney line ever. That Ving Rhames delivery is perfect.

(I've also got no less than 12 Moana characters in the game, and a few Pirates of the Caribbean characters... Lemme know if you'd like to see them!)

Cobra is approximately a forty-eight-year-old African American social worker who lives on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. He's a tough man, but he's not evil. Cobra wanted to secure Lilo, believing she couldn't be properly cared for by Nani, who's fairly young herself despite being legally considered an adult. He stands firm on this decision due to her temper and lack of maturity. Cobra may be stubborn, but he doesn't let his emotions get in the way of his work and does what he believes is best for a child. When Stitch shrew a book at his head, he expressed having a temper, but quickly collected himself; showing he knows how to control it. Additionally, Cobra may hold grudges because when he formally met Nani, he referred to himself as "the Stupidhead," which she called him after kicking his car. Overall, he's calm and isn't one to show emotions, making it hard for others to read what he's thinking. Cobra is also physically strong and fairly serious. Thus, he doesn't take jokes well and remains focused on his objective at hand. This is possibly influenced from Cobra's previous work as a CIA agent. Despite all of this, he's paitent and understanding enough to allow Nani three days to find a job and change his mind. Cobra is even tender and caring towards children. As such, he can be happy and have fun at Lilo's birthday parties. Beyond his strict nature, Cobra is capable of change as he accepted Lilo's desire to be with her ohana. He'll also show gratitude to those he feels earns his respect.

This was unnerving when I was a kid even though we saw Spooky morph beforehand. Like, I love Cobra, but that's literally how strong my own fear of Nani and Lilo not getting to be a family is. Plus, it didn't help that the animated series didn't exactly make a point of serving us more of Cobra just being part of the Ohana.
