Hi guys, Maaaaan it’s been busy and I haven’t had time to update you on what’a going on 🫣 so here we go 😇 I wanted to share my last 2 days with you as I challenged myself to do something new, exciting and fun for my learning curve of 2023 💪🏽📚 When I am asked what I would like to do more of 🧐 my answer in the last months has been "coach leaders to become coaches to their teams, in order to improve everybody's efficiency at work" Coaching leaders = supported & happy teams = efficiency & profits 🥳 Win Win 💪🏽 I got the opportunity to assist Lisa Wandl (PCC) do coach some of HCF Australia's leaders. It was a great learning curve and amazing experience as it allowed me to challenge my own thinking and coaching while teachinng others about the amazing things that we do daily so they can start doing it too 🤩 More facilitations to come with Lisa in March.
