Discovering Ile De Re one day at a time.. Found Saint-Martin de Ré quiet a big surprise. The main village of the Island is such a romantic beauty indeed. A little crowded, but they have a strict mask mandate in all public places for everyone. I was even “scolded” by a vendor for touching a bracelet he is selling. (FYI: I didn’t know it was prohibited. There was no SIGN! The other stores allowed us to touch their stuff. How are you even gonna know if you wanna buy it if you don’t try it??!!) “NO touch”.. Hello?? Put a sign sir if that’s the case. 🥴😩You mean little man! Anyho, moving forward, i didn’t buy anything from him and just bought ourselves a lollipop instead. 😜 I will still go back to this place for the food!
