Watching this series the past 7 weeks had been such a joy, that it inspired me to do more art of it! Even my April bullet journal theme is designed around it! 🩷❤️💛💚

Promo Look

Theme: Manila Rush Hour

Okay, this is not a bad look but I honestly didn't think this through? It is my first time joining VDRaces, so I am a bit confused on what to do or how I'll present Prima Dolla (you'll see this in the first few episodes, spoilers). I was joking about the hellish heat in the country when I saw the theme for this promo, so I made a look based off of that concept and ran with it— and you get this all-red ensemble! Again, not a bad look, but could've been more!

I can't wait for you guys to see the rest of the season, for now here's the official promo teaser for Drag Race Philippines Superstar Season 1!

This entire look was created using in-game pieces from Crystal Methyd and Kandy Muse's sets (as per the game's rules)!

The show is hosted by Mx. Vera Wong, and the judges are Lincoln Bio & Mx. Ariadna!

I've been playing Drag Race Superstar, a mobile dress-up game, since its launch in 2021, and I just recenly discovered that there's a community of artists and hobbyists doing custom looks with editing or illustrating new pieces for the in-game model, and holding their own Virtual Drag Race competitions! So naturally, I got curious and dipped my hand into it and decided to join!

Theme: Jewel Tones

This look started with one of the oldest dresses in the game, and one of my favorite pieces when the game dropped, and so I decided to use it as the base for this look! I also used these in-game make-up pieces to create Prima's mug!

Also stay tuned for more looks cause I joined the first season Mx. Vera Wong's Drag Race Philippines Superstar, where we make looks weekly based on the runway themes of DRPH season 1!

It's not like the art I used to share, but I'm on my final semester of college, and doesn't have the time to draw and create illustrations— and so I figured this will be a fun avenue to practice my illustrating skills, and creativity + it's drag, what's more fun than that!
