CMJMM13- That's A Wrap...
39 bands at 17 venues over 5 days, and my CMJ music marathon is finally over! This was hands down my most ambitious effort, and perhaps the most successful. The shows were awesome, capped by the fantastic Sondre Lerche and the exciting sonic promise of The Preatures, and the crawl took us to rad new spots like The Flat and Leftfield. I had some awesome times with all my friends who joined me this week, especially the night we rolled like fat cats in the rig. Last night was the culmination of a great week as we caught another 6 shows, highlighted by Caveman at Cameo Gallery. We put CMJMM13 to rest in grand fashion as we danced our asses off until the wee hours to The Hood Internet's insane mashups at Glasslands Gallery.
