I dunno, like. I never want to read anything from the Daily Fail. I hate the fact that when it all happened, everyone sensationalised the fact that she "had a lesbian lover" "a lesbian affair" "illicit queer relations" and so on and so forth. And I don't know why I feel the need to put this here. A friend shared it on Facebook. And I haven't thought about her for years, thought about this for years. But there it is, isn't it. Everything that's wrong with society, contained in this article. From the way that they detail everything that happened, fact and conjecture, to the actual way that they detail it. I don't know what I'm trying to say, I really don't. I'm sad. I'm sad all over again, too sad to be angry anymore, I'm detached type of sad, like everything these days, but I just... I need her story to be out there, again. For people in small villages like mine to remember that, you know what? Shit happens to us, too. It's not normal and it's not ok, and sensationalising someone doesn't remove their humanity. Not being Welsh-Chapel or Siarad-Cymraeg or See-Mrs-Jones-Down-The-Road-Wants doesn't mean we're any less a part of your fucking society. Or something. I dunno. I'm just really.... yeah. I'm fucking sad, ok. I know there big issues in the world, but the big issues become big because bigoted fucking assholes think they can get away with shit because the world is heteronormatively programmed and.... Nah. I'm out of this conversation. So fucking done.
