“And you said you can change timelines? Interesting. It’s something the Legendary Sinnoh Pokemon may do.”  Now he was interested. Some Pokemon back in his homeworld can do something like this. But a little bit earlier, he was pissed off about his Pokemon was stolen but this girl.. is too energetic. She reminds him of Ash when she speaks about herself.

“Okay, start from the beginning.” He told her and waved everything off for now. “What are you, exactly?”

“This place looks so different now...” 

Mike muses to himself, his hands shoved into the front pockets of his jeans. He takes a look around his surroundings, in an attempt to get himself accustomed to the new sights. Something he admittedly probably wouldn’t get used to for a good while. He had grown used to seeing rubble just about everywhere he went and darkness- just about everywhere.

It’s not to say that he doesn’t like it, however. He doesn’t realize that he’s standing directly next to somebody (or, perhaps she had suddenly appeared next to him when he wasn’t paying attention? who knew!) until he glances to his side and notices the stranger standing next to him, and his face turns to a light red out of sheer embarrassment.

He hopes she didn’t hear him talking to himself.
